Privacy Policy

narrowgate.group is operated by NarrowGate Group, LLC. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Last updated 21 September 2026.

The short version

We never sell your information.

Who we are: NarrowGate Group, LLC operates narrowgate.group. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].
What you give us: What you type into a form: your name and email and, where a form asks, your phone number, business name, company headcount, the best time to reach you, and a message.
What is collected automatically: Like most websites, the platform that runs this site records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, using cookies and similar technologies. We also use PostHog, an analytics service, to count visits and see which pages people read. It doesn't record what you type into our forms.
How we use it: To reply to you, to follow up about the services you asked about, and to keep the site working and improve it.
Email and text messages: We contact you only about what you asked about, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. We do not send marketing text messages unless you separately agree to receive them.
Who we share it with: Only the service providers that run this site, its forms, and its email (including GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, and PostHog for analytics), and only so they can provide that service, or when the law requires it. We never sell or rent personal information.
Health information: This site does not ask for medical information, so please don't send any. Enrollment in the wellness program happens with the plan itself, not through this site.
How long we keep it: As long as we need it for the reason you gave it to us, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices: Ask us to show you, correct, or delete what we hold about you by emailing [email protected], and we will respond within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from email at any time and block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work.
Children: This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes: If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
